This session will be structured to maximise members' chances of being well prepared ahead of the tournaments from an expectations, team play and a tactical perspective. 

Anyone registering should expect to contend with multiple games of high intensity pickleball, that can include: drives, slams, lobs, spin, slice, rapid volleys at the NVZ, prehaps an ATP or Erne too.

Please note: While we make every effort to do so, it is not always possible to match participants with similar skilled players. 

• Eligibility requirements are:

  • Must be a financial PACT or visiting PAA member
  • Be genuinely planning to register for a PAA sactioned tournament in 2024
  • Understand that participants must be comfortable facing drives, spin, tactical dinking, speed-ups, slams, fast volleys at the net etc (this is not a session for novice players or purely social players). 
  • Each participant is required to register separately.
  • PACT Members, after selecting RSVP, please use your member login rather than register as a guest.
  • Age: 18 years and over.
  • Payment: EFT only. PACT/ PAA Members $14
  • Waivers: Please read the Event waivers carefully and ensure you understand them.  
  • Waitlist: If the event is fully booked, and you would like to be waitlisted, please email info@pickleballact.org with the subject heading <insert event>l @ the Pickledome on <insert day & date>' and include your details. We’ll let you know if a space comes up as soon as we can.
  • Number of Courts: five courts (hardcourt, acrylic / polyurethane)
